Returns & Refunds Policy – ASC Nawada
The Policy envisages the terms and conditions under which:
You are permitted to return goods purchased by you, subject to a valid reason.
A refund may be obtained for goods purchased by you, subject to certain conditions.
You may cancel orders for goods purchased by you within a stipulated period of time.
It is important to note that while ASC nawada makes best efforts to ensure that returns, refunds, and cancellations are available to the users of the Website, the Company must place certain restrictions on the same in order to meet its business, legal, and contractual obligations.
What can I return and when?
You are eligible to return products in the following situations:
You receive a faulty or defective product.
You receive a product that is different from what you ordered.
Conditions for Returning Products
Please return the product within 1 days of delivery.
If the product is defective or damaged, please return it within 2 days along with an unboxing video as proof.
The products must be returned in the original condition they were received in, along with the original invoice.
Products must be in their original form and packaging.
Brand packaging should be intact.
Replacement of a product will be subject to availability on the website at the time.
To raise a return or refund claim, please send an email to customercare@ascnawada.com
with the following details:
Name of the product
Order ID
Invoice Number
A detailed description of the issue with photo/video proof
Replacement / Exchange
We will deliver the exchange/replacement product within 7 days of receiving your valid return request.
Refund
Once we verify and approve your refund request, we will credit the refund to the original payment method within 6–7 days.
If you paid via Net Banking / Credit Card / Debit Card – we will initiate a refund request with our Payment Gateway Partners within 5 working days of return approval. The amount will be credited back to your account/card within 14 working days or as per your bank’s timeline.
If you paid via Cash on Delivery (COD) – we will courier a refund cheque to you within 3 working days of return approval. The cheque will be issued in favor of the Billing Name used during order placement and sent to the Billing Address mentioned in the order.
